I am back in Wyoming. My neglect of this blog is due largely because my focus has been on my recovery during the past month.

I have progressed from the crutches to a cane. There is finite distance I am able to walk each day and there is a very real possibility that I will require another surgery on my right knee to remove a plate on my tibia that rubs against my femur when my leg is extended. The pain I experience because of this is enough for me to require frequent rests and prescription pain medication.

Being back in Laramie is fantastic! The best part is spending time with Stephanie. My presence here will also allow me to be more involved with the news gathering portion of the Laramie Free Press. The soft launch of LFP has been very successful but it is time to expand our offerings and launch a few new features.
