I decided to browse my archives and pull out some old images. I shot this one as an assignment while I was a student at Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara California. I learned some amazing things there and met some fantastic photographers.

Where is the new content, where are my new images? Two weeks ago both of my Nikon’s decided to stop working. I still have not recieved them back from the repair center. In the mean time I have been getting by thanks to my girlfriend loaning me her camera. So, thats why you haven’t seen anything new lately.
Twitter is a wonderful tool. Through Twitter I have discovered some fantastic photographers. Oddly enough they all seem to be in the Salt Lake City area. Is there some secret about Salt Lake that I should know? Listed below are a few of the web sites of the above mentioned shooters.

I love this photo. It was one of the first nudes I ever shot. I have it framed on my wall in my home. My family, on the other hand, has a different point of view. Being born and raised in the south means that my family is ultra conservative. As such, this photo is deemed “pr0n” by my family.
What is your opinion? Where do you draw the line between art and pr0n?
